• An Early Departure Fee of $119 per each night of your confirmed stay not actualized will be billed to your account if you check out early. This fee may be waived for medical or family emergencies at the discretion of the hotel

• Orange County discretionary sales surtax of 0.5%
• Orange County Transient rental tax of 6%

• Check-in after 4pm, check-out by 11am
• All guests arriving before 4pm will be accommodated as rooms become available
• The Bell Captain's desk can arrange to check your baggage if you arrive early when rooms are unavailable or if you wish to attend functions on your departure day

• To confirm a room within our room block, it must be secured with a valid credit card along with a first night's deposit which may be charged at time of reservation
• If you cancel more than five days prior to arrival, a refund of the first night's deposit will be made to your credit card
• If you cancel less than five days prior to arrival, the first night's deposit will not be refundable

Firearms are not allowed inside the hotel, either in public areas or guest rooms.
